Healing Methods

Energy Healing
We can find different forms and practices of energy healing such as Traditional Chinese medicine, Qi Qong, Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Breath work etc. All those methods are helping you to restore the flow of your energy (life force) in your body and release emotional and physical stress/pain/blockage.
In my sessions I am using several holistic methods to be able to guide you to connect with your body. The connection can take a bit of time in the beginning, as the body often gets into a protection mechanism. It needs to establish the trust between the patient and the therapist to be able to let it go. While the connection and trust are happening, sensations in the body will start to appear. They often arise as a fuzz, pictures or colors floating in the mind, thoughts or dream visions. This is the subtle language of yourself. Your body, yourself has the knowledge, and I am here to support this process and give you the possibility to listen. You are connecting to what needs to be processed in priority. It can be physical pains or different feelings that can emerge. For example, many of us carry emotions that were not able to be expressed and they remain in different layers of the body. It can be very old emotions from childhood or traumas that we have experienced and that needs to be released and understood.
In this supportive process of diving into yourself, I am carefully listening and can adapt the method, such as demanding you to breathe deeper or shake, pressing gently on parts of the body that can help you release or go deeper in the understanding. It’s a very intuitive method but have in mind that it’s you that has the knowledge and I am simply a messenger.
After a session we often talk about the different sensations, visions or messages that came up to the surface to better be able to integrate.
A session is about 60/70 min and we always add time to talk in the beginning and after the session.
Soma Nidra Massage
Soma Nidra Massage is a unique body-based relaxation technique that invites you into a state of deep rest, similar to the profound stillness of Yoga Nidra or Shavāsana.
With gentle manipulations—compressions, decompressions, vibrations, frictions, and rhythmic rotations—the mind is gradually neutralized by sensation, allowing you to let go effortlessly.
This treatment requires no effort on your part, and its effects are often felt almost immediately.
Through Soma Nidra Massage, you are guided back to yourself—returning home, reconnecting with your soul. In this space of inner stillness, the body naturally resets and regenerates. Stress is released, the “inner reset button” is pressed, and the body’s self-healing power is awakened.
Physiologically, this state corresponds to the parasympathetic nervous system becoming active—just like in the deepest phases of sleep, where brain activity slows, delta waves are predominant, and the body restores itself.
Soma Nidra Massage is more than a massage—it is an invitation to deep rest, healing, and wholeness.

Healing Massage
The Healing massage is a mix between several massage techniques. A combination of deep tissues, acupressure, sports, and oil technics massage.
The goal of this treatment is to get rid of muscle tensions, reduce the stress and get a better consciousness and understanding of your body. A moment of relaxation and healing designed for you.
The Healing massage is done on a massage bench with different sorts of ecological massage oil such as Arnica, Calendula and Gaultheria.
The Healing massage is a 90-minute session. At first, together, we talk and we "customize", adjust the massage according to your needs or what you want to focus on or what would be the best to work on for You.
Be aware that this procedure always takes a bit of time (between 5-10 minutes) but the massage on the bench will be a minimum of 70 min.
